Domain Name
Every plan includes the registration of a domain name of its respective grading. This is defined on a case-by-case basis, but is generally dictated under our Domain Guidelines.
This domain name is registered with us, and its automatic renewal is included with your plan. Upon termination of the plan, the domain name will remain registered with us until its natural termination. A domain operation fee may incur if the domain is to be transferred before its natural termination.
SSL Certificates
Every plan includes a deployment tool for Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates. When properly configured, the certificates will enable secure connections to and from websites in your domain. The certificates can be issued for each domain (including subdomain) and lasts for 90 days before needing to be renewed.
The Flex and Pro plans also come with the option to upgrade to commercial-grade wildcard DV SSL certificates from our Upstream Providers. These certificates are manually issued in 1-year terms and each can be used to secure any number of subdomains (including the main domain).
Email Service
The Basic plan comes with up to 4 email redirections. In certain cases, integrated email service may be provided which makes use of your webspace resources and may make emails more difficult to be universally authenticated.
The Flex and Pro plans includes a standard mailbox in your domain name, which has a capacity of 2 GB* separate from your webspace and comes with industry-standard security and anti-spam features. The Pro plan also includes the option to upgrade to 4 of the same mailboxes with different usernames.
If you need to receive emails under multiple email addresses with your domain, email redirection is also included which provides email addresses without corresponding mailboxes, instead emails to these addresses are automatically forwarded to other email addresses of your choice.
Webspace
Every plan includes a hosting webspace capable of running PHP and MySQL, and the ability create subdomains and host additional websites. You may also create static websites with plain HTML and CSS. The Flex and Pro plans adds limited support for Composer with Laravel, and the Pro plan also comes with limited support for Node.js and .NET.
With the included WordPress builder, you can create a website in minutes with the user-friendly interface. This means you can also deploy any of the plug-ins available on WordPress to your website. The Flex and Pro plans also include Joomla, Drupal and PrestaShop for your website-building.
